This extensive (and fun) interview will explore your driving/vehicle ownership history, driving style, practical needs, emotional wants, preferences and desired budget.

How do I know that I'll get what I want?

Simple! Our process involves a very complete interview process, extensive market research, and thorough consultation before you engage our CARFINDERS SERVICE. Together we complete a detailed, loophole-free agreement that describes the exact vehicle(s) you are looking for, including the year, make, model, color, mileage and options. If you are flexible, you can also select several vehicles for us to find.

How do I know how much it will cost?

Simple! You will know all the costs up front before you engage our Service, and your cost is always under NADA retail - for a car that is already detailed, serviced and warrantied.

How do I know there are no major problems with the car?

Simple! Our agreement states that if a major problem in engine, transmission, drive train, or air-conditioning is found upon our mechanical inspection, you are not obligated. And, of course, if we don't find you exactly what you want - as specified in our written agreement - you are not obligated. And, remember, your new vehicle comes with a warranty.

How long will it take?

Simple! Once we have your specifications, we can generally deliver your car, on average, within 4 weeks. We have even found the right car in one day! Yet it might take 8 weeks for certain very specific requests. Our agreement has a specific duration which you will determine in advance.

How can I purchase a warranty?

Simple! You will get a warranty with your new vehicle. You will also be able to purhase extended and more thorough coverage, which we strongly recommend for your peace of mind! Of course, any remaining factory warranty will also apply.
